Lloyds Engineering Works Limited (Formerly Lloyds Steels Industries Limited) is offering Marine Loading – Unloading Arms, Truck & Wagon Loading – Unloading Arms in agreement with TB Global Technologies Limited (Formerly NIIGATA), Japan for Indian Customers under the brand name “ LLOYDS TB-NIIGATA”.

The Systems shall be designed by TB Global Technologies Ltd with the supply of Swivel Joints, ERC & PERC & QCDC as critical components to LEWL which are the core components of the Marine Loading Systems. Thus the Control & Hydraulic Systems and raw material required for complete system shall be directly sourced by LEWL form Indian companies which are having past experience of such systems Under the Make In India Policy the agreements are entered into to ensure the Indian Industry can use the Japanese Technology in the INR cost.

For Marine Loading / Unloading Systems

• The most worldwide admirable and sturdy system with Japanese Technologies and now using Indian material

• In compliance with the mandatory OCIMF standards

• The Arms can  be erected in 2-3 pieces which requires less capacity cranes either from offshore Side or Shore Side

• All Swivel Joints with guide SS material snap in races protecting the main Swivel Joint Body from direct contact with the rotating balls. Hence the Swivel Joints will operate lifetime with correct lubrication in place either locally or remotely.

• All the swivel Joints with minimum 2 ball races resulting the arms movements more sturdy and friction free avoiding the stresses during operation.

• Structural support to Inboard and Outboard arm which protects the product piping against bending and unwanted stress development during operation and product loading Unloading / Loading

• Safety ladders and Access platforms for Style 50 & Style 40 for maintenance of the swivel joints

• Style 40 Swivel not directly connected with top wheel giving free movements and easy maintenance

• All the Hydraulic Cylinders are designed & engineered such that locally dismantling from the connection can be handled in minimum time

• Single pantograph cable with safety factor 5 transferring the movements to outboard arm results minimizing weight of the Loading Arm and the adjustments for tightening & loosen at bottom approachable wheel

• Style 80 maintenance can be carried out taking arm on jetty and no need for dismantling of the same.

• LEWL is having in house world class manufacturing, testing facilities in specially prepared for the marine Loading Systems

• All Third parties like EIL, CEIL, TUV, BV, SGS are having frequent visits to our works which is situated 35 km away from kalyan Railway Station and 95 Km from  Mumbai International Airport by road

• Support/ Services after sales : LEWL is the only company supporting in India for the services within minimum time deputation of our expert technicians / engineers

• LEWL provides supervision for Erection & commissioning of Marine Systems if not awarded as a turnkey. The rates are in INR and much lesser than the technicians from the foreign countries

• Lifetime support for the genuine spare parts in a reasonable rates
