1.20 MTPA Hametite Iron Ore Pellet Plant Project at Arya Iron & Steel Company Pvt Ltd, Barbil Orissa.

  • Project executed on turnkey basis
  • Pellet plant is having Dry circuit for iron ore grinding. Iron ore sourced from local mines having min FeM of 63.5 % above
  • Plant is designed on Rotory Kiln & Annular cooler basis, with Chinese technology, 1 st in India to be commissioned with this technology.
  • Plant is located on the plot of 15 Acres.

Major equipment are

  • Rotary Dryer, 200 TPH capacity for drying iron ore from 8% to 1%
  • Ball Mills 2 x 100 TPH capacity driven by 2000 KW Slip ring Induction motors, The ball mills grinds the iron ore to 90 % passing 200 mesh
  • Vertical Mixer 180 TPH – for homogeneous mixing of Iron ore, Bentonite & Lime
  • Pelletiser Balling Discs, 5 Nos, 6 meters Dia. 70 TPH each
  • Grate Furnace – 4 meters width x 42 meters long
  • Rotary Kiln – 5 Meter Dia. x 35 Meters Long
  • Annular Cooler – 12.5 meters Dia.
