Equipment for Nuclear power projects. - Lloyds Engineering Works Ltd

LEWL is registered with Dept of Automic Energy (BARC) and Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. (NPCIL) for supply of various equipment based on the basic design engineering by NPCIL and further design engineering, Seismic analysis, Stress analysis etc done by LEWL for the equipment being supplied wherever required and specified.

LEWL have supplied Heavy water vapour recovery system to  NPCIL TAPP 3 & 4 Tarapur plant based on the basic design from NPCIL and detail design from LEWL internal design dept. These equipment are confirming to ASME section III Div NB, NC & ND depending on the application calls for the same.

LEWL have supplied 15 nos of Heat exchangers for NPCIL KAIGA 3 & 4 & RAPP 5 & 6 projects through NICCO Corporation.

LEWL have supplied 15 nos of Heat exchangers for NPCIL KAIGA 3 & 4 & RAPP 5 & 6 projects through NICCO Corporation.

LEWL have executed Tanks and vessels for moderator package for KAPP 3 & 4 & RAPP 7 & 8 projects through PLL Gurgaon. This package was involving 348 tanks and vessels.  

LEWL is executing Heavy water vapour recovery system package for KAPP 3 & 4 and RAPP 7 & 8 projects. This package is Dryer package under Main Air conditioning and ventilation package from PLL Gurgaon. Each project has 6 dryers and each dryer has the following equipment,

Desiccant Chambers – 2 Nos

Economiser – 1 No

Pre Cooler – 1 No

Condensors – 1 No

Heaters – 2 nos

CS & SS Ducting – 1 Lot

Moisture separators -2 Nos

LEWL have executed Primary heat transport system package for KAPP 3 & 4 and RAPP 7 & 8 equipment through L & T Chennai.
