General Contracting Services
Under General Contracting Services we undertake single point responsibility for the Construction / Execution of the projects. We are responsible as General Contractor for Time, Cost, Quality & Safety and overall responsibility of coordination for smooth execution of the project.
We have the capabilities to undertake Civil, Structural Works, High side and Low side MEP Services, Low Volt Services, BMS, Elevators, Project Infrastructure (Roads, Landscape, Hardscape etc.), Interior Finishing, Fixed & Loose Furniture and Façade etc. Based on the project requirement for specialized vendors certain works may be executed through nominated vendor jointly with us.  


EPC / Turnkey Contracting Services
We can undertake single point responsibility for Design and Construction of the project. We have a team of Design Experts, Experiences & Technically sound Projects Team of Engineers and Associates for undertaking EPC / Turnkey Projects.
