Lloyds Engineering Works Ltd has rich experience in executing Columns within optimum time & delivery for customers like IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, HMEL, EIL, NRL, BORL, PDIL, Utkal Alumina, GNFC, RCF, GSFC, HRRL, CPCL, GAIL, etc

Our shop can easily fabricate long columns with diameter of 5.5 meters and overall length of more than 60 meters with overall weight more than 450MT. Considering the logistics restrictions these columns are dispatched in multiple sections and closing seam joints are welded at site in horizontal condition as well in-situ where erection is also involved.

  • 9 Columns for IOCL Haldia OHCU project thru Punj Lloyd during 2007-08 with weight upto 290MT having diameter of 4500ID under TUV Inspection
  • 10 Nos CS & Clad Columns of diameter upto 4080ID with weights upto 170MT for BORL, Bina Refinery with EIL has PMC and TPI during 2008-09 including Closing Seam joints at Project Site
  • 3 CS & Clad Columns for IOCL Vadodara during 2008-09 with TUV Inspection
  • 8 nos Digestors for Utkal Alumina Orissa of diameter 3.6 M and individual weight of 239MT each with closing seam joint at site during 2009-10 under UHDE / TUV Inspection
  • 2 nos columns for Brahmaputra Cracker & Polymer with diameter upto 3300ID having closing seam joint at site during 2010-11
  • 3 nos huge CS columns for BPCL Kochi of diameter upto 5.5 M Dia of individual column more than 450MT with multi-Modal dispatches of column sections to project site and multiple closing joints at site in horizontal condition as well as vertical insitu condition with EIL as PMC & TPI during the year 2015-16
  • 12 CS / Clad Columns for HMEL Bhatinda during the year 2018-20 with EIL as the TPI
