LEWL being general purpose heavy fabrication shop and can take up fabrications of equipment based on drawings. LEWL have executed such equipment under the drawings supplied by consultant for client.

LEWL executed heavy fabrications of Rotory trimmer chopper base frames – 9 nos totally weighing 501 MT. This job required heavy raw material handling machining of the same and supply for Welspun Anjar.

LEWL design engineered, Manufactured, supplied and installed 2 nos of 100 TPH Ball mills for iron ore grinding. Iron ore grinding is done for -8mm dry iron ore to 200 mesh with 80% and more passing for Pellet Plant at Arya Iron & Steels Limited, Barbil Orissa.

LEWL also design engineered, Manufactured, supplied and installed 1 no of 200 TPH Rotory Dryer for iron ore drying based on Hot air generator with LDO / HSD fired.
