Lloyds Engineering Works Limited ( LEWL ) is in the business of manufacturing of hydro carbon equipment from 1974, LEWL was setup in Andheri Mumbai and later shifted to Murbad, Dist Thane.

LEWL is enlisted with renowned consultants and EPC Companies like EIL, PDIL, L&T, Toyo Engineering, TechnipFMC, Thyssenkrupp (UHDE), Worley – Jacobs, Tata Projects, Tecnimont, Linde, Mecon, Aker, Petrofac,  Also approved by reputed third party Inspection Agencies like LR, TUV, EIL, SGS, IRS, BVIS, ABS, DNV etc.

Lloyds Engineering Works Ltd has been manufacturing and supplying Process Equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Columns, Reactors and Heat Exchangers to Hydrocarbon, Chemical, Fertilizers, Power and other core industries such as IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, HMEL, EIL, NRL, BORL, PDIL, Utkal Alumina, GNFC, RCF, GSFC, HRRL, CPCL, GAIL, IFFCO, ISRO, NPCIL, etc

Our product range comprises of Pressure Vessels, Columns & Heat Exchangers in various materials such as CS, AS, SS & Clad in various grades LEWL have executed various project involving different types of Raw materials such as Carbon steels SA 516 Grade 60 / 70, Stainless steels (SS 304 L , SS 316L, SS 321), Alloy steels, Clad Stainless steel, Clad Monel, Low Alloy Steel (SA 387 Grade 22 CL 2) , Low Ferrite Content steel., HIC , NACE.

LEWL executed various orders involving scope as Design, Engineering, manufacturing, Supply, Transportation, Site Joints, Installation / Erection of the items at site.

LEWL have manufactured equipment based on ASME Section VIII Div I and ASME Section III NB, NC & ND for NPCIL projects. LEWL is approved by ASME for manufacture and supply of coded vessels with U, U2 & S Stamp

LEWL is also approved by statutory authorities like IBR for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Piping & WHR Boilers. In addition LEWL is approved by PESO for manufacture & supply of Vessels as per SMPV Rules

LEWL have manufactured long columns for various clients and the scope includes the manufacturing, hydro testing, transportation of columns by multi modal to project site, site joints in case the same is despatched in no of pieces, testing of site joint and installation.

Our clients included ONGC, NPCIL,  BOC India, NRL Numaligarh, MRPL Mangalore, Mangalore Fertilizers, Madras Fertilizers,Chennai,  IOCL Chennai, SPIC, Fertilizers Corporation of India, IOCL Panipat , IFFCO, JK Synthetics, RCF Mumbai , Zuari Agro , IPCL etc

For Nuclear Power Corporation we have supplied Heavy Water Vapuor recovery Dryers for their TAPP, Tarapur, KAIGA, KAPP & RAPP projects.

LEWL executed orders of these process equipment to its renowned customers ranging upto thickness of 90mm, Diameter of 5.5 meters and overall length of more than 60 meters with  overall weight more than 450MT, sent in multiple sections with closing seam joints at site in horizontal condition as well in-situ where erection is also involved.

LEWL also executes package orders such as Mounded Storage Vessels of 6M dia  x 48M Long and Fire Water tanks 18 M dia x 13.5 Height – 3nos  such as for IOCL – Sitarganj which is completely site fabricated equipment including civil works
