Rolling Mill Equipment - Lloyds Engineering Works Ltd

Lloyds Engineering Works have manufactured and supplied equipment in the Hot rolling Mill and Cold rolling Mill area. The equipment were manufactured and supplied based on the drawings provided by the Mill builders. 

LEWL have executed DCR Mill for Tin Plate Company of India Limited, where the old DCR Mill was imported from United Engineering USA and LEWL have fully refurbished and installed the DCR Mill with new Electricals , Automation, Hydraulics and other Auxiliary systems supply and installation, commissioning.

LEWL have executed 1250 mm wide 4 HI Cold rolling Mill cum Skin Pass Mill for Lloyds Engineering Works Wardha with technical collaboration with United Engineering USA. The Mill was supplied with Hydraulic AGC and Flatness controls. Mill Speed was 1200 MPM. 

For Hot Strip Mill area LEWL executed equipment such as Roller tables, Hydraulic operated SIde guides, Pinch rolls, Edger. For JSW Dolvi unit LEWL have executed Thin Slab caster Tunnel Furnace project where the complete equipment were manufactured and supplied and installed based on the drawings from Brickmont USA. 

LEWL have supplied Charging and Discharging equipment to M/S Rourkela Steel Plant ( SAIL – RSP) through Tenova design engineering.

LEWL supplied 60 x 80 meters of Disc type Cooling bed for 4500 mm plate Mill project at Welspun Anjar.
