Lloyds Steels Industries has been executing Waste Heat Recovery Boilers orders with scope including Process Design, Thermal Design, manufacturing, Inspection & Testing as per IBR & customer specification, Supply including all Mechanical Fabrication items, Bought Out Components, Structurals, Electrical & Instruments, Valves, Refractory & Insulation and including Erection and commissioning or Supervision of Site to various customers like HPCL, IOCL, NRL, EIL, LMEL, Europem, Zeeco India, Gopani Iron & Steel, etc
LSIL has executed Waste Heat Recovery Boilers upto 90T/Hr capacity having capability to execute upto 150T/Hr WHR Boilers.
LSIL is approved by statutory authorities like IBR for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Piping & WHR Boilers and also with Indian renowned EPC EIL.
LSIL executed following boilers,
2.2 TPH Waste heat recovery Boilers for Sulphur Recovery Unit for Numaligarh Refinery, Assam.
The Waste gases from Incinerator of the SRU connected to Boiler.
The various boiler parameters are as follows,
Inlet temp of gases: Around 700 Deg C / 900 deg C.
Bolier Steam outlet temp: 220 Deg C at 14.5 Kg / Cm2 (g) pressure
Feed Water inlet temp : 105 Deg C
Flue Gas inlet flow ( Min / Max ) 2258.5 / 7189 Kg/Hr
